We do our best to keep our fees affordable, because we want to be accessible to as many people as possible. We also know that even when fees are reasonable, it can be nice to get a little help! If you're a client currently in care with our team, let your friends and family members they can support you with the purchase of a gift certificate! 

Terms.

• Gift certificates are available in any whole dollar amount.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift certificates can be applied to any Transitions Birth Services fees (global birth fee, Badgercare co-pay, postpartum package fee, or birth suite facility fee).
• Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• These vouchers are valid for one-time use only.
• Gift certificates can be combined with other payment methods.
