I could not imagine my birth without Lucky, she was just meant to be there. From her well-tailored and inclusive knowledge throughout my pregnancy all the way to the moment she stepped into the room during labor, everything felt right."

Community Birth
Not everyone wants to give birth in the hospital. For people with low-risk, uncomplicated pregnancies, there is the option to give birth at home or in our birth suite with a trained birth attendant.

Welcoming Your FamilyAt Transitions, we believe that families are more than the people you're related to by blood. Your family is whoever you choose to include, and your family is important to us.
Birth and Sexuality EducationSexuality and childbearing are two spokes on the big wheel of life, and both can be joyous, messy, complicated, and so much. At Transitions, we believe in ongoing, open education about pregnancy, birth, sex, birth control, pleasure, boundaries, consent and so much more!

I respectfully and humbly acknowledge that I live and work on the stolen land of the Bodéwadmiakiwen (Potawatomi), Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo), Menominee, Myaamia, Očhéthi Šakówiŋ, and Peoria peoples. I honor the land itself and the countless generations who have always been stewards of this land.
