Transitions Birth Services is here to help facilitate your journey into parenthood through midwifery care, labor support, and education.

Community Birth

Midwifery care includes:
* prenatal care on the standard schedule, including appropriate lab work and referrals to ultrasounds as needed
* attendance at your labor and birth
* approximately five postpartum visits in the first six weeks after your birth

The Birth Suite provides an option for families who would like to give birth outside of the hospital but who are not able to or would rather not give birth at home. 
The Birth Suite is a complete one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. Clients are welcome to labor and give birth there, and to stay for a full 24 hours afterward. 
$1200 (discount available for families with Badgercare)

.The standalone postpartum care package is for anyone regardless of where they give birth. 
Postpartum care includes five visits for you and your baby:  
* check you and your baby's vital signs
* weigh the baby
* offer infant feeding advice if needed
* discuss how you're feeling and offer community resources if desired
$1100 - $1500
